Is there a dress code?
Smart/casual in the Restaurant and guests are requested to dress respectfully on the Terrace.
Are cyclists welcome?
Yes, we welcome cyclists on the Terrace. We have a bike rack for your convenience. Bikes are left at the owners risk.
Do you cater for private functions?
We have areas of the restaurant and the outside terrace which can be reserved for private functions. Find out more here.
What are your opening times?
Our opening hours can vary depending on the weather and the season. Please visit our Reserve a Table page for our current opening times.
Is there a car park?
There is limited parking close to the restaurant. The main public car park is a walk of around three minutes. The road is likely unsuitable for those wearing heels, however we have a drop-off point by the entrance.
How can I apply for a job at The Bracebridge?

Is there a time limit for each sitting?

Are deposits required?
For parties of 8 guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly. A member of staff will take your booking, and a small deposit to secure your table.
How long will my table be held for?
Your table will be held for 15 minutes. Please notify us if you are going to be late and we will endeavour to keep your table available.
What if I’m not happy with my visit?
We hope your time with us is enjoyable but if you do have any problems, please notify a member of staff at the time.
Are you dog friendly?
We welcome well-behaved dogs on the Terrace area, but not in the restaurant. Your dog will also be able to get a drink!
Do you have baby-changing facilities?
Yes, we have facilities available.
Do you offer a children’s menu/highchairs?
We don’t offer a specific children’s menu but smaller plates are available from the dishes on our menu. Please ask a member of staff when ordering.
Highchairs and booster seats are available on request.
Are children permitted in the restaurant?
Yes, of course.
Do you have a vegan menu?
Special dietary dishes are available with prior notice including vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian. Please notify us when making a booking.
What if I am allergic to certain ingredients or have a food intolerance?
Please notify a member of staff and ask for further allergen information.
